Transactions on the website Pictorem.com, including selling copies of printed artwork and remuneration, are conducted using electronic payment methods such as Paypal, or payment by cheque or wire transfer. The payment method is selected by the Artist. The credit is paid to the artist thirty (30) days after the reception of the artwork by the customer, as Pictorem offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee to its customers.

Pictorem.com offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If a customer is unsatisfied with the quality of the product for any reason within the control of Pictorem, the product can be sent back for a full refund. This 30-day period follows the delivery of the print and includes any product defects, assembly issues, or damages while in transit. If the dissatisfaction is due to factors under Pictorem's control, the purchase will be replaced or refunded in full. For factors that Pictorem doesn’t control, such as incorrect texts or misspellings, or any proofs that have been previously approved, Pictorem will strive to find a solution.

To qualify for a refund, an approved Return Manufacturers Authorization (RMA) must be received for all returns. Proof of the damage or issues with the print must be provided for an approved RMA. Once the customer service team has completed an evaluation of the claim, a return authorization or replacement may be issued.

All orders are custom prints and not mass-produced products that can be resold after production has started. Any order may be cancelled within the first 48 hours after the order is placed. Once production has been started, any order cannot be cancelled without incurring a fee for the materials used, 50% of the value of the order. This ensures that the material is then recycled appropriately from the warehouse and covers the expense of the material used to begin the production.

Express Shipping costs are based on the artwork size. For worldwide shipping, only products within a tube (Canvas in roll, Paper Print, Murals) are shipped.
